Service Fee
A small service fee is added to each order to help us cover transaction processing costs and keep the platform running smoothly.

- This fee applies to all payment methods
- It will appear as a separate line in your checkout summary
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs apply only to physical products, such as crochet prototypes.
- Each vendor may define their own shipping rates based on product size, location, and carrier.
- Shipping options and prices will be visible in the cart before you complete your order.
Digital Products
- Digital crochet patterns are delivered instantly after payment via download link.
- No shipping or additional fees apply to digital products (other than the service fee).
