✅ Step 1: Log in to your vendor dashboard
- Go to the Vendor Panel:
crochetallthetime.com/store-manager/ - Enter your login details.
➕ Step 2: Click “Add New Product”
- Once you’re logged in, click the “+ Add New Product” button in the top bar.
- A product form will open.
✏️ Step 3: Fill in the product details
Please complete the following fields:
- Product Name – e.g., “Crochet Bear Pattern – PDF”
- Product Description – include info like difficulty level, size, included instructions, etc.
- Product Image – upload a photo of the finished item (prototype)
✅ Step 4: Tick the “Downloadable” box
This is very important!
To make your product a digital file (PDF), you must check:
✅ Downloadable
A new section called “Downloadable Files” will appear.
? Step 5: Upload your PDF file
- Click “Add File”
- Name your file (e.g., “Bear Pattern PDF”)
- Upload your file or paste the download URL
- You can set a download limit or expiry date (optional)
? Step 6: Set the price
- Enter the full price (e.g., 15.00 EUR or USD)
- You can leave the sale price field empty unless you’re offering a discount
?️ Step 7: Choose a category
- Select the most relevant category, such as:
“PDF Patterns”, “Amigurumi”, “Decorations”, etc. - This helps customers find your pattern
✅ Step 8: Submit for approval
Once everything is ready, click:
“Submit” / “Send for Review”
The site admin will review and approve your pattern before it goes live.
? After Approval:
- You will receive an email or notification
- Customers will be able to purchase and instantly download the file
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Do NOT enable “Shipping” – this is a digital product
- Double-check that “Downloadable” is checked
- If you have any issues, send us a message in your vendor panel
