Welcome to Crochet all the time, a marketplace where designers and makers can sell crochet patterns and physical prototypes. By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- “Platform” refers to the website and services provided by Crochet all the time.
- “Vendor” refers to any user selling products on the platform.
- “Customer” refers to any user purchasing products from the platform.
- “Product” means any digital or physical item listed for sale.
2. User Accounts
To make purchases or become a vendor, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any misuse of your account is your responsibility.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the legality, originality, and accuracy of the products they list. Digital patterns must be their own work or properly licensed.
4. Purchases and Payments
Customers can purchase products using available payment methods. All payments are securely processed. Orders for digital products are fulfilled instantly via download; physical items are shipped by the vendor.
5. Digital Products – No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for downloaded crochet patterns. All sales are final.
6. Physical Products – Shipping and Returns
Vendors are responsible for shipping physical items in a timely manner. Return and refund eligibility depends on the vendor’s individual policy, clearly stated on their shop page.
7. Use of Digital Patterns
Patterns are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any pattern, in whole or in part, unless explicitly stated by the vendor.
8. Platform Fees
Crochet all the time may charge vendors a commission on each sale. Details are available on the Vendor Dashboard or upon request.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including product listings, images, and patterns, is protected by copyright. Vendors retain ownership of their work; customers are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use digital products.
10. Legal Status and Tax Information
This platform is operated as a small-scale, non-registered business activity, in line with applicable regulations (e.g. Polish law). The owner and some vendors may not be VAT-registered.
- Product prices do not include VAT.
- VAT invoices are not issued unless explicitly stated by individual vendors.
- Customers receive an order summary as proof of purchase.
- Purchases are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
